Art In Health Care

Art can contribute to the creation of a healing environment for patients, visitors, and staff. As health care facilities are being redesigned to minimize the historic, institutional atmosphere, art plays an integral part in promoting comfort, ease, and well-being. We work with facilities managers, architects, and designers to complement the design and build a theme that exemplifies the administration philosophy throughout the entire facility.

We provide all-encompassing services from conception to completion. We determine locations for the artwork, work within the established budget, recommend qualified artists, commission and acquire the works of art, design custom framing for paintings and prints, coordinate the delivery and installation, and assist with press releases and community marketing. We follow all health care standards and ensure that we meet building, safety, fire, and OSPHD requirements.
